Product Design

With customer insights, creativity, and a diversity of thought, we ideate design concepts, develop products that people love, and focus on end-to-end user journeys that optimize the emotional and functional experience of our products. We work cross-company to strategize on product enhancements, new product designs, and overall design direction.

UX Research

We ensure human and market insight is at the heart of Microsoft strategy, centering the needs, problems, and aspirations of our customers. From exploratory and generative research, to evaluating prototypes or building out benchmarks, we uncover patterns, unspoken questions, and beliefs.

UX Engineering

We bridge design and engineering, enabling visions for modern, well-crafted, engaging, and holistic experiences to become real. We use creative and analytical skills to ground designs in what’s possible today, while relentlessly pursuing how to push experiences forward.

Content Design

As language experts, we bring humanity to our products by creating structural system definitions and information architecture. We collaboratively craft UX flows that are intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and easy to use.

Visual Design
